| The kit consists of laser cut plywood, basswood, laser cut roofing and injection molded chimney parts. Two laser cut benches and stair sets with railings are also included. Two different era variations of signage are included that are accurate for the building. Extra advertising signage is also included. The building can be built on included stilts or flat on the ground depending on what layout space is available. A six page instruction manual is included along with several reference photos of the prototype building. Average assembly time is about 10 to 12 hours. (NOTE: Allow 2-3 wks for delivery) | ||
